Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications within the Constellation framework. You will drive integration initiatives, lead technical decisions, and mentor junior developers.

The role requires CSSA certification and 5+ years of hands-on Pega experience, with strong REST/SOAP integration expertise, performance tuning, and collaborative delivery across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.
• Experience with Pega Constellation design system and its components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integration and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable applications using Pega's Constellation architecture and UI components.
• Architect and build complex workflows, case life cycles, and decisioning logic to meet business requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and messaging queues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce Pega best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze and optimize application performance by using Pega's diagnostic tools (Tracer, PAL, Log Analyzer) and implementing performance best practices.
• Develop and execute unit tests and support system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the application.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.
