Job summary

Ness is seeking a Senior Pega Constellation Developer to join our digital engineering team in India. You will work on the Pega Infinity/Constellation platform (8.x+), lead large implementations, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Pega experience, strong case management, data modeling, and integration skills, plus cloud and DevOps exposure. Mentoring of juniors and adherence to Agile practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Infinity/Constellation (8.x+).
• Pega Case Management, Data Pages & Data Modeling.
• Integration via REST/SOAP/Connectors.
• UI/UX: Sections, Harnesses, Cosmos; performance tuning.
• Cloud exposure: AWS/Azure/GCP; DevOps/CI-CD familiarity.
• 5+ years in Pega development and architecture; leading complex implementations.
• Certifications: CSA/CSSA; CLSA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large or complex Pega implementations and architectures.
• Collaborate with teams to design scalable Pega solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience to Pega Infinity/Constellation platform versions (8.x or above).

• Decisioning basics (if applicable)
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
