HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a PEGA specialist in Nagpur to design and implement PEGA solutions with enterprise-class architecture. You will work on case management, data modeling, and rule resolution, while coordinating with clients and mentoring junior staff.

The role involves hands-on PEGA design, data page configuration, and collaboration with DevOps teams to streamline deployments and maintenance. Prior experience with Agile methods is preferred.

Formación

• Good understanding of PEGA architecture such as Enterprise class design, Application layer cake, Data Modeling and Rule resolution.
• Experience on Case Management, flow design, Data Pages and Log Analysis.
• Experience on Background processing like Job Schedulers and Queprocessors.
• Experience on SQL Scripts.
• Good understanding on Server, Database, Node classification.
• CICD knowledge is a plus.
• Experience on Agile and DevOps methodology.
• Interaction with clients, team management, mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with clients to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Mentor and manage project teams to deliver PEGA solutions.
• Contribute to design reviews, architectural decisions, and best practices.
