Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Pega Developer for a permanent role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, with hybrid work after training. You will design, develop, and deploy Pega applications, handle case management, rules, and integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, Case Management, BPM, rules engines, integrations, and debugging.
• Proven track record delivering within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Pega CSA or CSSA certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Pega applications using platform best practices and low-code capabilities.
• Configure case management, business rules, decisioning, and user interfaces across Pega Customer Service, Sales Automation, or core Workflow Automation modules.
• Build integrations between Pega and enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and connectors.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in release management, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

We are seeking experienced Pega Developers to join a high-impact career acceleration programme delivered in partnership with a leading global professional services and consulting firm.

This is a permanent role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on development and working closely with stakeholders.

• Pega CSA or CSSA certifications are strongly preferred.
