Immediate Hiring for Pega Developer - KYC & CS Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications using Pega Platform.
• Work extensively on KYC, Customer Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Management, and Customer Service
• Develop Pega case types, workflows, business rules, UI components, data models, and integrations.
• Configure Pega Customer Service (CS)capabilities and customer-facing workflows.
• Implement KYC processes including customer identification, verification, due diligence, risk assessment, and remediation workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsand other integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Follow Pega best practices and ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
