Job summary

KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP is seeking a Pega Senior/Lead Developer for CLM/KYC in Bengaluru. The role requires 4-10 years of hands-on Pega development, with strong CLM/KYC expertise and experience in customer onboarding, due diligence (CDD/EDD) and risk assessment.

You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise Pega applications, lead a small team, review code, and ensure robust production support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Pega Development (4-10 years).
• Strong experience in Pega CLM and/or Pega KYC.
• Experience in designing, developing, debugging, and deploying enterprise Pega applications.
• Experience leading small development teams or mentoring developers.

• Lead the development and configuration of Pega CLM/KYC solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and production support.

Pega Senior/Lead Developer CLM/KYC

Experience: 4-10 Years

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega Development.
• Strong experience in Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) and/or Pega KYC (Know Your Customer).
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Customer Onboarding
• CDD (Customer Due Diligence)
• EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence)
• Risk Assessment
• Experience in developing and configuring applications on Pega Infinity (8.x or above).
• Strong understanding of Pega application development, case management, workflows, integrations, and business process implementation.
• Experience in designing, developing, debugging, and deploying enterprise Pega applications.
• Good understanding of Pega best practices, reusable components, and application architecture.
• Experience in code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and production support.
• Prior experience leading small development teams or mentoring developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega CSSA/CLSA certification.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, PegaUnit.
• Exposure to Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, UI Kit, or Constellation UI.

Note: Experience with Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, UI Kit, and Constellation UI is preferred but not mandatory.
