Job summary

Credera India seeks an experienced Pega Developer to support a client’s digital transformation. You will design and build PEGA 7.x/8.x components, guide project assignments, and ensure the solution aligns with customer requirements across on-site or offshore locations.

You will participate in design discussions, prepare technical specs, and implement performance improvements while collaborating with virtual teams. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working as a Pegadeveloper.
• Must have CSSA certification.
• Comprehensive understanding of BPM foundation for process improvements delivered using Pega application by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience of integrating Pegawith other Technology Platforms.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to assist our client with their digital transformation efforts. We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build innovative business solutions using the Pega platform. Work will include design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients. Working on-site or offshore location as per project/customer requirement, this role will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements.

• Should have involved in architecture design and development of minimum 2 PRPC projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience on PRPC internals and product architecture.
• Deep knowledge of all thePegacapabilities &Pegatechnology components and exactly know when to use these capabilities
• Experience in any of the Pega frameworks, PGP, CDM, Underwriting, CS, CRM, CPM, BFSI, Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate.
• PEGA System administration, PDC, PAL, PLA, JAVA, Unix, PL/SQL , DB Skills.
• Strong debugging skills and experience in Connectors and Services (Email, REST, FILE, MQ, JMS etc.).
• Able to assist the Architect in Design and integration and estimates.
• Able to mentor junior members in the team and help them technically.
