Job summary

About This Role

We are seeking a Pega Decisioning Consultant with extensive technology experience, including at least four years of relevant experience in Pega Decisioning consulting or implementation. In this role, you will work as part of an agile team to design and develop customer decisioning strategies, create smarter campaigns and processes, manage propositions and offer matrices, and support the development of agile user stories.

You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from scoping and requirements gathering to design, development, testing and go-live. The role requires experience in complex marketing or Customer Value Management engagements, along with the ability to connect strategic business and operational requirements to Pega Decisioning capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop decisioning strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Create and optimise customer campaigns and decisioning processes.
• Manage propositions, offers and associated matrices.
• Support inbound and outbound campaign management.
• Contribute across the complete project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and go-live.
• Translate strategic business drivers and operational requirements into suitable Pega Decisioning solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, marketing, data, digital and Customer Value Management workstreams.
• Undertake ad hoc data analysis and reporting using Teradata and Oracle SQL.
• Contribute to the research, analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Participate in solution and build reviews.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues using agreed incident and problem management processes.
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Work effectively in an agile, multi-project and production operations environment.

Who You Are

Essential experience and qualifications

• You have eight or more years of overall professional experience.
• You have at least four years of relevant Pega Decisioning consulting or industry experience.
• You have experience with Pega Decisioning architecture and frameworks, proposition management, Next-Best-Action Designer, campaign management and data platforms.
• You have delivered Pega Decisioning projects across multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
• You have at least two years of experience delivering complex marketing or Customer Value Management engagements.
• You hold a Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• You have a strong understanding of customer relationship management and campaign management principles.
• You have practical SQL and data analysis experience using Oracle and Teradata.
• You have at least a basic understanding of Kafka or JMS.
