Job summary

Corporate Resource Consultants is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector for 100% Product Day Inspection (PDI) after final assembly in Patiala district, Punjab. You will verify fitment and alignment of major aggregates and perform leakage and safety checks to ensure quality.

Candidate should have a Diploma or BE in Mechanical engineering with 5-10 years of Tractor PDI, assembly quality, or line quality experience; vehicle testing experience is preferred and familiarity with PDI checklist is

• Knowledge of PDI checklist.
• Experience with assembly quality processes.
• Ability to verify fitment and alignment of vehicle aggregates.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% PDI of product after final assembly per PDI checklist.
• Verify overall fitment and alignment of Engine, Transmission, Axles, Hydraulics, Steering, Brakes, Electricals; conduct leakage and safety checks.
