Job summary

Experience with fabric, trims, and wash development, CAD tools like Illustrator and Photoshop, and knowledge of garment construction are essential to ensure fit, quality, and cost targets across multiple styles and seasons.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in fashion design and product development, including sketching, creating tech packs, and translating concepts into production-ready styles.
• Experience with fabric, trims, and wash development for casual shirts, blouses, and bottoms, with an understanding of international fashion trends.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar CAD software for apparel.
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making basics, and fit evaluation to work effectively with sampling and production teams.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams and global buyers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple styles and seasons simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in an apparel manufacturing or export environment is preferred; familiarity with global market requirements is an advantage.
