The candidate will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end‑to‑end product development for apparel collections from concept to final approval.
• Coordinate closely with design, sampling, sourcing, and production teams.
• Create, review, and manage tech packs, BOMs, and costing sheets.
• Ensure timely sample development, accuracy, and quality checks.
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per design and costing requirements.
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers for updates, negotiations, and follow‑ups.
• Track timelines and ensure smooth workflow across all PD stages.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product insights.
• Prepare range presentations, line sheets, and documentation.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in PD Merchandising (Fashion/Apparel industry).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
• Good communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
