Hiring: PCG Advisor Securities Advisory

Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trades on behalf of clients in line with their investment strategies, risk appetite, and preferences.
  
• Provide research-based investment advisory based on client profiling to drive revenue generation and build the MTF book.
  
• Promote and cross-sell third-party investment products including Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), PMS, SIP, AIF, Bonds, Fixed Deposits (FD), and Unlisted Shares.
  
• Acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
  
• Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews to assess performance and realign investment strategies as required.
  

Advisory Selection Criteria

• Mandatory: NISM Series 5A & 8 certification
  
• Strong advisory background is a must (pure sales profiles to be avoided)
  
• Only candidates from broking / securities firms will be considered (banking profiles not accepted)
  
• Candidates must meet the minimum experience criteria as per the JD
  
• For frontline sales/advisory roles, age should not exceed 35 years
  
• Preference for stable profiles – frequent job switches or career gaps to be avoided
