Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Technology Lead to bridge client stakeholders and DXC team members, guiding technical delivery for the PCC platform. You will balance people leadership, project execution, and technical strategy across cross-functional squads, ensuring platform health and scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in IT project management with PCC, 10+ years in technical leadership, and deep experience in PCC, SQL/API integrations, DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years overall experience in managing large-scale IT projects with PCC.
• 10+ years experience in technical leadership roles with 5+ years on PCC.
• Strong PCC platform expertise and proficiency in SQL, XML/JSON, API integration, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and SDLC delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical and mentoring abilities.
• Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, BA etc to ship high-impact features.
• Engineering Delivery Leadership, accountability and collaboration across teams including planning of technical dependencies.
• Design scalable and maintainable technology solutions using latest best practices.
• Implement engineering principles (automation, code quality, DevOps) and mentor engineers.
• Stakeholder collaboration with client teams, vendors and DXC stakeholders.
• Review and support production deployments and resolve critical issues with root cause analysis.
• Ensure application/platform performance, security, scalability and observability.
• Drives continuous improvement and platform technology advancement.
• Participate in sourcing, interviewing and onboarding diverse engineering talent to scale the team.

Project description

The Technology Lead acts as the bridge between client stakeholders and DXC team members and manage overall technical delivery for the platform, balancing people leadership, project execution and technical strategy. The role has accountability for overall technology platform health, delivery and maintaining solutions on the PowerCurve Collections (PCC) platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in PCC, team leadership capabilities and strong stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, BA etc to ship high-impact features while fostering a healthy, inclusive and growth-oriented engineering culture
• Engineering Delivery Leadership, Accountability and collaboration across teams including planning of technical dependencies across squads/initiatives
• Design scalable and maintainable technology solutions using latest best practices
• Implement engineering principles (e.g. automation, code quality, DevOps etc) and Mentor/guide engineers and junior team members
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client teams (product, chief engineer, architects, platform lead/head of/project managers), vendors and DXC stakeholders
• Review and Support production deployments and help resolution of critical issues with root cause analysis
• Ensure application/platform performance, security, scalability and observability
• Implementing continuous improvement ideas including advancing platform technology, engineering/squad throughput, automation/innovation and technical delivery output/KPIs/SLAs
• Actively participate in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding diverse engineering talent to scale the team

SKILLS

Must have

• 15+ years overall experience in managing large-scale or multiple concurrent IT projects with strong engineering background in PCC.
• 10+ years experience in technical leadership roles with 5+ years on PCC.
• Technical Skills: PCC platform expertise, along with : SQL, XML/JSON, API integration, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence.
• Methodologies: Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and SDLC delivery experience.
• Soft & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience managing distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in collections or financial services domain.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in credit and collections.
