Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site PCB Technician role based in Jaipur. The PCB Technician will support the design and production of electronic assemblies by handling PCB fabrication-related tasks such as component placement, soldering, rework, and basic troubleshooting. Daily responsibilities include assembling and inspecting PCBs, performing functional tests under engineering guidance, and documenting test results and issues for continuous improvement. The role involves working closely with engineers during prototyping and validation stages, following manufacturing and safety procedures, and maintaining tools, equipment, and workstations. The PCB Technician will also assist in preparing boards for EVT/DVT/PVT builds, support failure analysis, and contribute to process refinements that improve yield and reliability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in PCB assembly, including through-hole and surface-mount soldering, component placement, and rework.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic electronics, such as reading schematics, understanding component functions, and using multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Candidates should possess skills in inspection and quality control, including visual inspection, use of magnification tools, and adherence to workmanship standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in test and troubleshooting, including executing test procedures, recording data, and identifying common PCB faults.
