Job summary

TechiesDesigns Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join as Trainee - PCB Design Engineers. This role offers hands-on training in PCB layouts and electronics hardware development under supervision.

You will work with Altium, Eagle, KiCad, and other tools, gain exposure to schematic design, DFM/DFT, Gerber generation, and BOM creation, with potential to grow into a full-time PCB Design Engineer.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with B.E./Diploma in ECE/EEE or related streams.
• Basic understanding of electronics components, schematics, and circuit design.
• Familiarity with any PCB design tool is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of PCB layouts using industry-standard design tools (such as Altium, Eagle, KiCAD, etc.).
• Work closely with senior engineers to understand schematic design, layout guidelines, and DFM/DFT principles.
• Support in creating documentation, Gerber files, and BOM generation.
• Participate in prototype testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Learn and adhere to industry best practices and company design standards.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills related to electronics and PCB design.
