Job summary

Miko in Mumbai is seeking a motivated PCB Design Engineer to help develop high-quality PCBs for robotics and AI systems. You will work with senior hardware engineers on schematic design, PCB layout, hardware bring-up and testing.

The role involves assisting with component selection, routing high-speed nets, generating Gerber files, and supporting lab validation using test equipment. Hands-on problem solving in power, signals, and interfaces is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electronics (analog + digital).
• Familiarity with PCB design tools (Altium / KiCad / OrCAD).
• Understanding of schematics and PCB layout concepts.
• Knowledge of common interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
• Basic understanding of power supplies and grounding.
• Ability to read datasheets.
• Willingness to work hands‑on in lab and testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in schematic design and component selection.

• Generate Gerber, fabrication, and assembly files.
• Assist in hardware bring-up and debugging.
• Maintain design documentation and libraries.

• Use lab instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply).
• Debug issues related to power, signals, and interfaces.
• Document test results and observations.
