Job summary

Tessolve in Coimbatore is seeking a PCB Design Engineer with 4+ years of experience to design multilayer PCBs for high-speed and high-power applications. You will handle placement, routing, and ensure signal integrity, power integrity, and manufacturability while collaborating with hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires proficiency in Cadence Allegro, Gerber generation, and release, with hands-on experience in library development and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in ECE/EEE/EIE.
• Minimum 4 years of PCB design experience.
• Strong HDI, blind/buried vias and high-power layout.
• Experience with Gerber generation and release.
• Proficiency in Cadence Allegro.

Responsibilities

Job Description: PCB Design Engineer (4+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Design multilayer PCBs for high-speed, high-power, and mixed-signal applications.
• Execute PCB placement and routing while meeting signal integrity, power integrity, manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA), and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, SI/PI, manufacturing teams throughout the development cycle.
• Conduct design reviews and resolve layout-related issues.
• Generate fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing outputs, including Gerber release packages and supporting documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in ECE, EEE or EIE.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in PCB design.
• Strong experience in:
  • DDR memory PCB layout
  • High-power PCB design
  • HDI PCB design with blind, buried, and microvias
  • Multilayer PCB stack-up planning and routing techniques
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Schematic Capture
  • Library Development
  • PCB Layout Design
  • Gerber Generation and Release
• Proficient in Cadence Allegro.
• Good understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with DFM, DFA, and PCB design best practices.
