  • Provide support and guidance to other payroll specialists and payroll administrator team members to maintain quality and continuity of payroll delivery.
  • Act with urgency and as 1st or 2nd escalation point for pressing issues to include as backup for Payroll Manager.
  • Comfortable working directly with employees and clients to resolve complex payroll issues.
Let’s Connect If You Have

  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxability rules, earnings and deductions, gross-to-net calculations, and payroll best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, interpret data, resolve exceptions, and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Proven ability to implement payroll processes, support operational rollouts, and drive process improvements through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and technology adoption.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems and related technologies, including the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively partner with internal teams, external vendors, and government agencies in a remote work environment.
