Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Payroll Representative in Bangalore, India, to handle end-to-end payroll operations on-site.

The role requires experience in payroll reconciliation, tax calculations, and month-end activities while collaborating with auditors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP knowledge, familiarity with W2 reporting for US citizens, and the ability to manage payroll processes across multiple countries’ statutory rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll account reconciliation.
• Preparation and review of inpat tax calculation.
• Hands-on payroll month-end activities including accruals & journals.
• Sound knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge in reporting local benefits of US citizens for W2 form.
• Understanding of various countries statutory rules, regulations and month/year end reporting.

Responsibilities
