Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Bangalore is seeking a Payroll Representative to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure accuracy in reconciliations, and support tax calculations.

The role requires hands-on experience with month-end activities, knowledge of SAP, and ability to coordinate with auditors and stakeholders across functions. This work-from-office position offers exposure to multi-country statutory reporting and W2-related tasks. Graduation in any field is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll reconciliation and month-end activities.
• Knowledge of tax calculations for multiple geographies.
• Familiarity with US W-2 reporting.
• Understanding country statutory rules and reporting at month/year end.
• Audits liaison with internal and external teams.
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
• SAP and Blackline knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Payroll Account Reconciliation.
• Preparation & Review of Inpat tax calculation.
• Hands on payroll month end activities including accruals and payroll journals.
• Sound knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge in reporting the local benefits of US citizens for W2 form.
• Understanding on various countries statutory rules, regulations and reportings at month/year end.
• Blackline knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Liaise with the internal/external auditors for the planning and execution of audits.
• Month-end close, TB reviews on payroll accounts.
• Managing team and having strong working relationship with stakeholders.
