Job summary

Myraid is seeking a proactive leader to head India Payroll Operations in Bengaluru. You will scale the payroll function, drive operational quality, and manage escalations while ensuring compliance with TDS, EPF, and Form 16.

Collaborating with Product and R&D and overseeing vendor performance, you will lead a specialist team in a hybrid setup with evening IST hours 2:00–10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in India payroll operations/compliance.
• 3+ years in team leadership; strong SLA/QA and vendor management.
• Fluent English; hybrid availability 2:00–10:00 PM IST.
