Job Title: - Manager - Payroll We are now looking for a Payroll Manager for India Payroll Delivery Hub centre based out of RTX Enterprise services in Bangalore.
This position will be required to have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of a modern payroll function – including finding opportunities to implement standard methodologies and ensure continuous improvement of the function. This role includes people management responsibilities, stakeholder engagement (global payroll team, HR, finance), vendor governance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, reporting, and tax filing. This role requires maintaining confidentiality and treat sensitive information with discretion, act as a role model for ethical behaviour, and be an advocate of and follow Company policies. It requires excellent people, communication and writing skills; be able to collaborate across various business units and employees.
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area. Typically has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
