Job summary

NTT DATA Services in India seeks Payroll Functional SMEs to join our team across Bengaluru and Hyderabad. You will leverage Oracle Cloud HCM to implement and support HR and payroll processes, and you will work across multiple environments and industries.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, ownership of end-to-end projects, and the ability to present solutions to clients and drive design decisions. Remote/hybrid options may apply based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and HR end-to-end business flows.
• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and Payroll).
• Ability to present solutions to clients and prospects and address queries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering or differentiator in the HCM space.
• Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, and prepare design proposals reflecting cost and time.
• Direct decisions materially impacting project success and client outcomes.
• Architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation and support client needs across regions.

We are currently seeking a Payroll Functional SMEs to join our team in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, PAN India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• 5+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and Payroll)

• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll and taxation process.

• Should have understanding and exposure for Redwood UI migration.

• Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
• Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
• Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
• Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
• Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
