Job summary

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd seeks an experienced Oracle functional lead for Order Management and SCM to join our Bengaluru team. The candidate will lead SCM functional activities, cover APAC and extended EMEA shifts, and coordinate with clients and IT teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

The role demands strong knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Inventory and Purchasing, plus ITSM process expertise and the ability to work with bolt-on integrations and EDI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Oracle functional experience in SCM modules.
• Strong experience in Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Purchasing.
• Experience on Support projects in the SCM modules.
• Good knowledge of ITSM process and SLA resolution.
• Setup/configuration and master data management in SCM modules.
• Experience debugging workflow exceptions and integrating with bolt-on systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with Oracle technical team to design functional solutions.
• Write test scripts to validate end-to-end processes.
• Work on integrations with bolt-on systems including EDI.
• Provide on-call support during weekends for P1/P2 issues.
• Interact with end users and client IT contacts.

We are currently seeking a Oracle functional lead: Order Management and SCM to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 7 years of Oracle functional experience working on Oracle SCM modules
• Senior Oracle SCM functional consultant with strong experience in supporting Ebiz R12.2.x core SCM modules of Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Purchasing
• Experience working on Support projects in the above listed SCM Modules.
• Good Knowledge on ITSM Process and able to resolve tickets within SLA
• Very strong process knowledge in the above mentioned modules.
• Aware of the Setup/Configuration as well as Mater data management in the above module areas
• Experience working on debugging Workflow exceptions/errors in the listed modules
• Implement new features according to business requirements as part of enhancement request
• Work with the Oracle technical team to build technical solution for the functional requirements
• Experience in writing test scripts to test the entire business process
• Worked on Integrations with bolt on systems including EDI transactions
• Good Communication able to interact with end users and client IT contacts
• Flexible to work on APAC and extended EMEA shift
• Oncall support during week ends to address any P1/P2 issues
