Job summary

Ceragon Networks in Delhi is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing using Fusion (HRMS) and external providers, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.

You will ensure adherence to tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies related to payroll, statutory deductions, and benefits. Maintain records, handle queries, and drive improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, US GAAP & IND AS will be an advantage.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for India using Fusion HRMS and external provider.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
• Maintain payroll records, timesheets, and leave tracking.
• Address payroll queries, discrepancies, and grievances from employees.
• Collaborate to manage salary adjustments, new hires, exits, and changes.
• Generate payroll reports and provide analytics for audits and reviews.
• Drive payroll automation and process improvements.
• Develop payroll dashboards and MIS for decision support.
