It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan against property (LAP), DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The Payroll Associate/Executive will manage the complete payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement while maintaining compliance with Indian payroll regulations. This role involves working closely with the finance and HR teams to address payroll queries and ensure statutory adherence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and settlements.
• Handle statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and records.
• Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions.
• Assist with payroll audits and prepare reports for management.

Keyskills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Indian payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
