The position requires expertise in Indian Accounting Standards and experience with NBFC’s audit and taxation processes. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Indian Accounting Standards, preferably with NBFC experience.
• Experience with preparation of Financial Statements per Companies Act & RBI regulations.
• Updated with the latest income tax and accounting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support audit requirements during Limited Review, Tax Audit & Statutory Audits.
• Prepare Income Tax computation & Advance Tax computation for IT Returns.
• Experience with month-end closure processes, expense review, and ledger review.

The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC, and is currently Series-D funded with marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.

Location: Bangalore (Onsite only)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handson experience with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) preferably with NBFC experience in Audit/Accounting.
• Experience with preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with Companies Act & RBI regulations preferred.
• Support audit requirementsduringLimited Review, Tax Audit & Statutory Audits.
• Prepare of Income Tax computation & Advance Tax computation for IT Returns as required.
• Updated with the latest income tax, companies act and accounting regulations.
• Experience with month-end closure processes, expense review, ledger review, expense provision analysis.
