AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Payroll Analyst/Associate in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end payroll cycles for a multi-location, high-volume workforce. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across inputs, settlements, and tax components.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of Indian payroll experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and hands-on exposure to Workday or Oracle payroll systems. Collaborative, detail-oriented professionals will thrive in this hybrid environment.
The Payroll Analyst / Associate will play a critical role in supporting end-to-end payroll processing for a dynamic workforce in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment. The individual will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payroll while managing complexities such as shift-based workforce, variable components, statutory adherence, and audit readiness.
Education: Master's degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration (preferred).
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Indian payroll processing, preferably with bigger MNC. Exposure to handling large employee base and complex salary structures.
Technical & Functional Skills: Strong understanding of: CTC structuring, earnings, deductions, reimbursements. Statutory components and compliance frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, reconciliation). Hands‑on experience in payroll/HRMS systems (Workday / Oracle preferred). Experience in payroll reconciliation, reporting, and audit support.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in structured, deadline-driven environments. Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
