Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services Private Limited is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll for 1800+ employees with accuracy and on-time delivery. The role involves collaboration with the payroll vendor to address employee queries and ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax needs.

You will handle monthly returns, liaise with HR for foreign national payroll activities, and maintain robust communication with employees about pay, investments, and reimbursements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience required.
• Exposure to ADP (vendor) is essential.
• Experience handling HR/payroll activities for foreign nationals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for 1800+ employees with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with payroll vendor to resolve employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax reporting and withholding obligations.
• Communicate pay and reimbursement processes to employees to boost awareness.
• Ensure monthly returns are filed on time and labor dept filings are closed.
• Maintain payroll systems compliance with national tax laws.
• Address payroll-related employee questions promptly.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders for feedback and satisfaction.

JD:

Payroll Analyst Job Role:

• Payroll Associate Responsible for processing payroll for 1800+ employees. To manage the payroll process and ensure 100% accuracy, time execution and adherence to the Local Labor Laws and internal SOP's. This includes all payroll related reporting as requir including and not limited to salary registers/summaries, reconciliations of costs/ provisions and statutory reporting.
• Work with the payroll vendor and ensure employee query and communications are handled effectively.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with payroll tax reporting and withholding responsibilities.
• Encourage constant employee communication channels to build awareness amongst employees about investments, pay and reimbursement process etc.
• 100 % compliance of the monthly filing of mandatory returns. Maintain and close all filings pertaining to labor departme requirements
• Comply with all the payroll financial and legal requirements, responsibilities and obligations, including statutory obligations, and ensuring all payroll systems comply with national tax laws.
• Attending to any payroll-related queries or questions from employees.
• Direct, manage and maintain contact with internal and external client/customers for feedback and to obtain client/customer satisfaction

Knowledge Skill and Experience:

1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of extensive experience in Payroll.

2. Exposure to HR Tools and should have dealt with ADP(vendor).

3. Should have exposure of handling HR, Payroll, and allied activities for foreign nationals.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
