Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Payment Support Specialist in Hyderabad (Hybrid). You will review and process site invoices, ensuring alignment with study protocols and contracts, while supporting Clinical Solutions operations.

You will work with EDC and CTMS systems, understand budgets and CRO processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records and timely payments. Strong Excel skills and meticulous data entry are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in Clinical Research or Clinical Operations.
• Review, validate and approve site invoices for payment processing.
• Hands-on with EDC and CTMS systems.
• Knowledge of clinical trial budgets and CRO operations.
• Strong Excel proficiency and accurate data entry.
