Job summary

Elite HR Services in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to post payments, adjustments, denials, and refunds, and to resolve discrepancies while interpreting EOBs/ERAs under HIPAA guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in medical billing/RCM, strong CPT/ICD knowledge, experience with NextGen and Excel, and excellent communication. You will work independently in a fast-paced office environment across multiple payers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical billing or RCM.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD codes and payer rules.
• Experience with systems like NextGen.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
