Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately post insurance and patient payments.
• Reconcile postings with bank deposits and transaction reports.
• Resolve discrepancies in payment postings.
• Collaborate with billing and collections departments to address payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with month-end reporting.
