Candidates should hold a BE/B.Tech in Electronics or Computer Science, with 3+ years in a law firm/IP practice, expertise in drafting/prosecution, and eligibility as a Registered Patent Agent (or willingness to qualify in 1–2 years); LL.B. preferred.
