We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficientPatent Associateto join our Patent team, focusing onpatent drafting and prosecution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the concerned engineering technology, computer science or a related technical field, along with experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the IN, USPTO and/or international patent offices.

Key Responsibilities

Draft high-quality patent applications in collaboration with inventors and technical teams.

Prosecute patent applications, including responding to office actions and managing communications with patent offices.

Conduct prior art searches and patentability analyses.

Provide strategic advice to clients on patent portfolios and IP protection.

Stay up to date with changes in patent law and best practices in patent prosecution.
