Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in India invites experienced payroll professionals to lead end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients. This senior role focuses on client-facing delivery, design of query management processes, and documentation of as-is and to-be states with ERP and payroll systems.

You will collaborate with EY technology teams, coordinate SOPs/BRDs, and manage stakeholders across PPED, clients, and vendors. Strong Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in English in a clear and concise manner.
• Good to have exposure in payroll, and the use of a large ERP.
• Experience in personnel and people management, including supervision and team building.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products.

Responsibilities

• This is a client facing role, so this is an opportunity to help clients and EY technology teams to design their as-is query management processes and also devise a solution and then document the to-be query management process.
• Candidates should have excellent documentation skills to work on SOPs and BRDs.
• Stakeholder management is a must have as it requires a lot of communication between EY’s PPED group, clients as well as Technology teams.
• Project planning skills are a must have, end to end understand of preparing project plans, governance and risk and mitigation planning is must have.
• Should possess reporting skills on Excel, PBI as well as excellent PowerPoint skills.
• We need good understanding of PMI-PMP concepts and framework.
• Good to have – few years of exposure to payroll related projects
• Vendor management experience is good to have
• Ability to bring projects to fruition and document lessons learnt.
• Adhoc reporting and other duties as required
