Job summary

iTeach in Pune seeks a Partnerships and Communications Associate to support CSR partnerships and grow the organization’s brand and fundraising efforts.

You will manage digital presence, design marketing materials, and collaborate on campaigns to raise awareness and support for our education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong performance.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and grow partnerships (CSR, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals) through high-quality reporting and immersion.
• Identify new partnership opportunities, develop win-win proposals and grow iTeach’s supporter base.
• Leverage corporate volunteering for the maximum possible support to our program teams.
• Manage iTeach’s digital presence (social media, website, newsletter) to grow reach and effectiveness.
• Lead the designing of impactful marketing material to support the growth of your fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with other teams in the organization to create impactful marketing campaigns for their work.

Responsibilities

Experience and Competencies

• Required: Bachelor’s degree with strong performance.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Proficiency in social media marketing.

Compensation and Benefits: We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate's education and work experience. The salary range for this position ranges from 4.5 - 5.04 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
