Job summary

Intellectual Capital Hr Consulting is seeking a Partner to lead a sector cluster with full P&L ownership for a CAT I Angel Fund pipeline. You will oversee the entire investment cycle, build thesis-driven due diligence, and guide an 8-10 person team in a high-growth platform environment.

The role requires deep sector knowledge in Deeptech, AI, Fintech, and D2C, with ability to engage LPs, support founders, and drive exits.

Responsibilities

• Own the full investment cycle - sourcing, evaluation, IC, negotiation, fundraising, monitoring and exits
• Build thesis-led conviction; run due diligence and category mapping
• Lead and mentor an 8-10 member sector cluster with full sector P&L ownership
• Run weekly funnel reviews and quarterly sector strategy reviews
• Build market maps, competitive landscapes and investment theses; represent the platform externally
• Support founders across GTM, product, fundraising, governance and hiring; enable follow-ons through VC, family office and global investor networks
• Drive secondaries, strategic exits and structured liquidity events
• Co-drive the CAT I Angel Fund sector pipeline; engage LPs and ensure governance per CAT I AIF norms
