Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a seasoned Vendor Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day vendor performance across assigned services in a global delivery environment. You will monitor SLAs/KPIs, drive root-cause analyses, and coordinate updates, risks, and action plans with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in vendor management or third-party delivery, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.

• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, escalations and vendor improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vendor operations and service delivery across assigned services.
• Govern SLA/KPI performance through reviews, audits, ageing analysis and action tracking.
• Resolve backlogs, repeat failures and escalations through root-cause and corrective actions.
• Coordinate customer updates, recovery plans, risks and operational priorities.
• Lead vendor onboarding, capacity planning, compliance, renewals and transitions.
• Monitor billing, cost and productivity; drive optimization without affecting service quality.
• Provide dashboards and management reports on performance, trends, risks and actions.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement and accountability across teams and vendors.

• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, escalations and vendor improvement plans.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate
• Any qualification in operations, supply chain or business management will be added Bonus
• Experience in ATM, banking technology, managed services or distributed field operations.
• Knowledge of contracts, procurement, commercial controls, risk and vendor compliance.
• Experience using dashboards, data analysis or automation to improve decisions and service outcomes.
