The ideal candidate should have strong experience in advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructuring and commercial transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations and execution.
The Partner will also be responsible for building and expanding the Firm’s corporate clientele, developing new relationships, generating business opportunities and strengthening the Firm’s presence in the corporate and transactional market.
