• Handle transaction-related legal documentation and advisory work.

The firm is looking to hire candidates at two levels:

1. Senior Associate
Experience: Approximately 4–6 years PQE

2. Associate
Experience: Approximately 1–3 years PQE

The opportunity is particularly suited to lawyers with experience in corporate transactions and transactional law.

PRACTICE AREAS

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For Senior Associate

• Approximately 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Relevant experience in corporate and transactional matters.
• Exposure to M&A, private equity, venture capital, and/or joint ventures would be relevant.

For Associate

• Approximately 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience or strong exposure to corporate transactional work.
• Understanding of M&A and investment transactions would be advantageous.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidates will work as part of the firm’s Corporate Practice and will be involved primarily in domestic and cross-border transactional matters.

The work will include exposure to:
