The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in General Corporate, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions and a proven track record of handling high-value matters.

You will lead client engagements, shape deal strategies, supervise due diligence, negotiations and documentation, and mentor a high-performing team while driving business development and long-term
