Job summary

Balajee Arun Educational Society in Hyderabad seeks a Parents Relationship Officer to be the single point of contact for students, parents and teachers, handling grievances, concerns and feedback with fairness and confidentiality.

You will coordinate with the Principal, academic teams, counsellor, HR and administration to resolve issues, maintain a tracker, monitor response times, and propose actions to improve the student and parent experience.

Qualifications

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for students, parents and teachers for all grievances, concerns and feedback.
• Receive, understand, document and resolve grievances in a fair, confidential and time-bound manner.
• The candidate should possess excellent communication, listening, counselling, conflict-resolution and stakeholder-management skills, with relevant experience in school administration, HR, student welfare or grievance handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Principal, Academic Team, Counsellor, HR and Administration for effective resolution and closure of concerns.
• Handle student welfare matters including bullying, discipline, safety, harassment, academic concerns, transport, hostel and interpersonal issues with sensitivity.
• Maintain a confidential grievance tracker, monitor TAT and provide periodic reports to the School Management.
• Identify recurring concerns and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve student, parent and teacher experience.
• Ensure immediate escalation of serious matters relating to child safety, protection or harassment as per school policies and applicable guidelines.
