Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Ahmedabad is seeking a Plant Operator to monitor and control DCS based continuous processes, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to production plans.

You will execute shift operations, manage solvent recovery, reactor maintenance, distillation, and hydrogenation steps, while upholding safety and QA protocols and coordinating with dispatch and customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control DCS systems to ensure smooth operation of continuous processes.
• Perform shift operations including solvent recovery, reactor maintenance, distillation column management, hydrogenation processes, and chemical production.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of panel operation.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize plant performance.
• Execute shifts as per plan, considering product/batch, available manpower and dispatch priorities.
• Operate the plant through DCS panel and manage field activities to meet QHSSE requirements and conserve resources.

• To run the shifts as per: the plan, product/batch to be manufactured, available manpower and priorities with respect to dispatch and customer orders
• Operating the plant Through DCS panel & managing field plant activities to comply QHSSE requirement with conservation of natural resources / utilities / RM.
