Job summary

UST is seeking a security operations professional to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise Secrets Management and privileged credential environments in India. The role focuses on secure operation of secrets, credentials, authentication and certificate lifecycles, with collaboration across IAM, infrastructure, application and security teams.

Responsibilities include credential rotation, lifecycle management, policy maintenance, incident handling, and automation opportunities to improve monitoring

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or diploma in IT, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Vendor/platform certifications are preferred.
• Experience in IAM/PAM or Secrets Management is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for Secrets Management platforms.
• Troubleshoot secrets access, authentication and integration issues.
• Support secrets and privileged credential lifecycle management.
• Perform credential rotation and lifecycle activities per procedures.
• Support certificate lifecycle activities including renewal, validation and expiry management.
• Support policy configuration and operational maintenance.
• Investigate security incidents within Secrets Management scope.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with IAM, infrastructure, application and security teams.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation.
• Ensure changes follow approved change-management processes.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation such as credential monitoring and expiry notifications.
