Job summary

Zensar in Pune, India, seeks a senior PAM leader to design and drive Privileged Access Management initiatives across enterprise solutions, with emphasis on Endpoint Privilege Management. You will craft governance documents and align PAM with information security practices while coordinating with clients and partners.

Ideal candidates bring 7–13 years of experience in PAM projects, strong BeyondTrust IAM knowledge, and deep AD and workstation architecture understanding, in a client-facing role.

Qualifications

• 7-13 years of experience leading/engineering enterprise level Privileged Access Management projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expert knowledge in Privileged Access Management (preferably BeyondTrust PAM) and other IAM domains.
• Expert knowledge in Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Understanding of Active Directory and core functions.
• Understanding of Windows/Mac workstation configuration/architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and implementation of PAM technologies and standards with a focus on Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Create detailed documentation and provide input on PAM standards and information security risk practices.
• Optimize PAM approaches aligned with evolving business needs and IT strategies to avoid duplication.
• Develop internal and external checks and controls to ensure governance, security and quality of assets.

• Lead ,design, and implementation of Privilege Access Management (PAM) technologies and standards to support complex enterprise solutions with a focus on Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Create detailed documentation and provide input on PAM technology standards, and information security and risk practices.
• Optimize PAM approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities and ensures that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies.
• Develop internal and external checks and controls to ensure proper governance, security and quality of information assets.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, vendors, senior management and translate complex technical solutions into non-technical requirements documents.
