Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PAM solutions (BeyondTrust preferred) in standalone and HA/DR configurations.
• Understanding of architecture and design of PAM landscapes.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding across databases, Windows, Linux, Unix servers.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to produce detailed design/integration manuals.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with BAU processes: SLA management, incident and problem management.
• Certification in a leading PAM product is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement PAM solutions in customer environments and ensure successful deployment.
• Document detailed design and integration manuals to support operations.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding across databases, Windows, Linux, and Unix servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex PAM-related issues in production.
• Support BAU activities including SLA, incident, and problem management.

Interview Mode : Face to Face (Walkin)

• Strong hands on experience (min 2 projects) in implementation of PAM solution (BeyondTrust preferred) in standalone and HA/DR configuration with understanding of architecture and design of PAM solution landscape.
• Should have minimum 5+ years of industry experience with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of end point on boarding and off-boarding processes for different platforms such as databases, windows, Linux, Unix servers.
• Strong experience in documenting detailed design and integration manual
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Good understanding of BAU support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management.
• Certification in one of the leading PAM products (preferred). Able to document detailed design and integration manual.
