Job summary

Fujitsu in India (Uttar Pradesh - Dadri) is seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management specialist with 5–7 years of relevant experience. You will administer BeyondTrust PAM, PRA, and BeyondInsight, onboard privileged accounts across assets, enforce password rotation and RBAC, and integrate with AD/LDAP/MFA/SIEM/ServiceNow.

Strong incident handling and on-call readiness are expected. The role requires hands-on governance, documentation, and collaboration with security teams to maintain

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Relevant experience in Privileged Access Management Domain with expertise in managing complex operations & configuration requirements.
• Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe (PAM), PRA and BeyondInsight administration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Perform onboarding of privileged accounts, servers, applications, databases, and network devices into BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
• Configure and manage password rotation, access policies, RBAC, session management, and privileged access controls.
• Administer and support BeyondTrust PRA for secure vendor, third-party, and remote privileged access.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and platform issues through structured troubleshooting and RCA
• Support platform upgrades, patching, health checks, backup validation, and disaster recovery activities.
• Experience integrating BeyondTrust with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, and ServiceNow environments.
• Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles while ensuring security and audit compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with willingness to participate in on-call and weekend support when required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage privileged accounts, servers, apps, databases, and network devices in BeyondTrust PAM ecosystems.
• Configure rotation, access policies, RBAC, and session controls to enforce privileged access governance.
• Support BeyondTrust PRA for secure vendor and remote privileged access, including incident handling and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with AD/LDAP/MFA/SIEM/ServiceNow integrations and ensure security and audit compliance.
• Document procedures and policies; contribute to knowledge base and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call and weekend support as needed and coordinate with stakeholders.
