Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc or BTech in food technology or related field is required.
• Experience in food packaging environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality norms and packaging processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments.
• Observes packaging operations as per quality norms.
• Maintains packaging machinery and notifies maintenance if issues arise.
• Trains workers in operation of equipment / packing machines.
• Analyzes and sets standards for packaging; ensures compliance with schedules for processes and packing orders.
• Monitors and recommends process improvements; develops and maintains packing orders.

Role & responsibilities

• Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments
• Observes packaging operations as per quality norms.
• Proper maintained packaging machinery, if any issue then notifies maintenance department.
• Trains workers in operation of equipment/Packing Machines.
• Analyze and determine all standards for packaging and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively
• Monitor and recommend improvements to process and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively

Qualification: B.SC, B.Tech in food technology
