Job summary

Uflex is hiring a Packaging- Technical Trainee - Pouching at its Jammu facility. The role focuses on learning basic machine functions, supporting setup, and gaining exposure to pouching processes as part of a structured training program.

You'll receive regular training, learn to adjust machine controls, tooling changes, and maintain clear records while developing practical skills in packaging manufacturing within SIDCO Industrial Complex, Jammu.

Qualifications

Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks.
Receive regular training as and when agreed in a training programme, to understand and learn to operate.
To assist with and learn programming and set up machine equipment to complete new product/new and different functions.
To learn to adjust machine control, including part process.
To assist with and learn how to change the tooling.
Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work.

Responsibilities
