Job summary

Taleo in Jammu is seeking a Packaging- Junior Engineer - Slitting to join our manufacturing team. You will operate slitting machines, set parameters, and ensure alignment with production plans to minimize waste.

The role requires ITI certification with several years of hands-on experience in slitting within flexible packaging. You will monitor quality across shifts and maintain machine health to support continuous operations.

Qualifications

• ITI with 5 years of experience in slitting in the packaging industry.
• Hands-on experience with setting and changeovers of slitting machines.
• Knowledge of quality control during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Slit materials as per production plan and specifications.
• Set machine parameters and handle changeovers efficiently.
• Carry out regular quality checks to minimize wastage.
• Maintain machine health and reporting any faults.
